HB 1486 - Current law requires community college districts
to provide fifty percent of the funding for maintenance and
repair of facilities and grounds and prohibits the inclusion of
any salary expenses in this share. This bill allows community
college districts to include salaries directly related to such
projects as part of the calculation of the district's share of
the cost.
