HB 1376 - This act allows the tour of state facilities by new members of the General Assembly to be any time of the year. Currently, the visitation of state-supported institutions by new members of the General Assembly is required to take place during the first two weeks of December of each year following a general election. This act removes the time requirement, and allows the visitation to take place at any time.
