SCS/HB 1185 - This act authorizes the Governor to convey a portion of the Lincoln University Farm to Jefferson City for construction of a pump station.
The act also authorizes the conveyance of approximately 3
acres from the Mexico Veterans Home to the Mexico Optimist Club.
The act contains a reversionary clause if the Optimist Club
Foundation of Mexico, Missouri ceases to use the property
described in Section 2 of this act. This portion of the act is
identical to SB 985.
