SJR 52 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, excludes partial terms from the calculation of term limits for members of the General Assembly, when the member has been elected to finish the remaining part of a term created by a vacancy.

Currently, members cannot be elected to serve more than eight years in any one chamber of the General Assembly.
