SS/SJR 31 - This act would, upon voter approval, repeal
current legislative term limits and impose legislative leadership
term limits and limits of 12 consecutive years in any one house
of the General Assembly(not including partial terms). The
resolution shall be submitted to voters at the municipal election
to be held in April, 2001.
