SB 912 - This act requires the Department of Insurance to promulgate regulations pertaining to the valuation of life insurance policies. The Department of Insurance may base it's regulation after the "Valuation of Life Insurance Policies Regulation" adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

This act has an emergency clause. This act is similar to SCS/HB 1739, SB 808, HB 1352 and HCR 10 (2000).
