Current Bill Summary

SB 773 - This act allows any coroner, deputy coroner, medical examiner or assistant medical examiner to carry a concealed weapon. It also allows any prosecuting or assistant prosecuting attorney or U.S. or deputy U.S. attorney to carry a concealed weapon if they either 1) have a permit to do so, or 2) complete 30 hours of firearms training.
