SB 713 - This act removes instances of trial de novo in
appeals from certain findings of associate circuit judges. Other
instances of trial de novo (small claims, landlord-tenant, etc.)
remain. Pursuant to this act, appeals from associate circuit
judge decisions will be appealed on the existing record.
