SB 682 - This act exempts volunteers in civic activities from civil liability for ordinary negligence. The volunteer must be at least 21, and serving in a leadership or mentor role to others under 18. Civic activities include organizations other than public schools, such as boy scouts, girl scouts, 4-H and church related activities.

This act is similar to SB 133 (1999).
