Current Bill Summary

SB 632 - This act provides that the perpetrator of certain violent crimes assumes the risk of any injuries resulting from his acts. The crime victim is immune from liability for any civil damages as a result of the acts or omissions of the victim, unless the force used by the victim was not justifiable.

The bill is identical to SB 66 (1999).
