SB 571 - This act deems as misconduct connected with work a
positive test for drugs (controlled substances), if the claimant
works around or with heavy equipment or if the nature of the
claimant's work could place the safety of other employees or the
public at risk, including operation of a motor vehicle or power
driven machinery.
