SB 1057 - This act allows any county to dissolve a road district by a majority vote of the citizens located within the district. After a petition is signed by 50 registered voters and filed with the county clerk, the issue of whether the road district should be dissolved will be resolved by popular vote.

Under current law, only Christian County has this method to dissolve a road district.
