Dear Fellow Missourians:
Thank you for your interest in the Medicaid Reform and Transformation Committee. The committee was established with the goal of reforming Medicaid by improving system efficiency, financial stability and delivery of care. While the committee is charged with a complex undertaking, we understand the importance of the work we produce and welcome the challenges that lie ahead of us.
Over the next several months, we will receive input from consumers, care providers, and many others as we explore various avenues for Medicaid reform in the Show-Me State. I strongly believe this committee will develop an innovative health care paradigm that provides high quality, cost effective care to Missourians while keeping those services affordable and accountable to the taxpayers who fund them.
