SB 917 - This act raises the non-bid limit for counties and
townships to four thousand five hundred dollars (from one
thousand dollars). The act also raises the per diem limits
allowed for a township clerk, trustee and each board member to
twenty-five dollars per day for the first meeting of each month,
and to ten dollars for each meeting thereafter during the month.
