SB 582 - This act clarifies provisions of Missouri law which are covered by the federal Americans with Disabilities Act for those individuals using service dogs. These changes will shorten the complaint process time by allowing aggrieved persons to file a verified complaint to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.
This act is similar to HB 122 from 1995.
