SB 800 - This act provides that civilian review boards established by political subdivisions shall solely be limited to reviewing, investigating, making findings and recommending disciplinary action based upon complaints against law enforcement officers. This provision is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/SBs 189, 36 & 37 (2023) and similar to a provision in SCS/HCS/HBs 640 & 729 (2023).
