SB 519 - This act requires that any expenditure made by the Jackson County Sports Authority that is over $5,000, including professional service contracts, be competitively bid. This act is similar to certain provisions of CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 58 (2005) & CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 210 (2005). SUSAN HENDERSON
