SB 307 - This act prohibits an official or employee serving in an executive or administrative capacity on a city board from performing any service for the city in excess of $5,000 per year. This does not include the compensation received for the position. This act also prohibits an official or employee serving in such a capacity on a city board from selling, renting, or leasing any property to the city for more than $5,000 per year unless the transaction is made pursuant to an award on a contract or sale made after public notice and competitive bidding.
