SB 407 - This act states that a beneficiary deed that provides for the transfer of property upon the last to die of two or more grantors of the deed will be effective if all owners of that property are grantors under the deed. This act will apply to all beneficiary deeds, including those executed prior to August 28, 2005. JIM ERTLE
