SB 333 - The act requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to adopt an indoor air quality program beginning January 1, 2007. Under this act, schools would be inspected and evaluated every three years. The department must establish procedures for handling complaints about air quality and establish minimum standards for air quality that are no less than the standards laid out in national building and safety codes.
