SB 206 - The act exempts buildings meeting certain criteria contained in a one hundred year flood plain in Springfield. The building must have been or will be flood proofed as governed by the Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) standards. If the authority approves the building as being flood proofed by FEMA standards, the building shall be eligible for the state sales tax increment and the state income tax increment. ANDY LYSKOWSKI
