SB 967 - This act requires all state agencies to include a
public hearing as a part of the procedures adopted pursuant to
Section 536.016, RSMo, by which the agency shall determine
whether any rule proposed by the agency is necessary to carry out
the purposes of the statute authorizing the rule.
