SCS/SB 940 - This act allows distributors and wholesalers of non-alcoholic beer and beer to withdraw or replace damaged stock and compensate the retailer for any loss.

The wholesaler or distributor may, within 72 hours, take back any beer or non-alcoholic beer sold to a caterer and credit such caterer for the returned product.

The Supervisor of Liquor Control is not required to test product samples to determine alcohol content if the product has a certificate of label issued by the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms verifying the alcohol content of the product.
