SB 795 - This act requires consumer reporting agencies to provide a copy of the consumer's report to the consumer whenever someone requests the consumer's credit report. In addition to the consumer report, the consumer reporting agency shall provide the consumer with his or her credit score. The consumer reporting agency shall not impose a charge to the consumer for providing the consumer report.
