SB 705 - This act removes fees imposed by the Department of Agriculture for certification and testing of several kinds of scales, field evaluation of certain devices and certification of vehicle tank meters, taximeters, fabric measuring devices, cordage and wire measuring devices, and milk plant quantity determinations. Fees for calibration and registration of devices measuring moisture content of grain will continue to be collected.
This act is substantially similar to HB 1701 (2000).
