ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office of Administration - Division of Design and Construction, and the Office of the Governor indicated there would be no fiscal impact to their agencies as a result of this proposal.
Officials from the Attorney General's Office assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.
Officials from Sedalia School District 200 responded concerning the proposal, but did not indicate any fiscal impact.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal authorizes the state to convey two parcels of state property in located in Pettis County. The Department Elementary and Secondary Education is responsible for setting the terms and conditions of the sale of the one tract of property and the Commissioner of Administration is responsible for setting the terms and conditions of the sale of one parcel of property to the Sedalia School District 200.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
