ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Office of the Governor indicated there would be no fiscal impact to their agencies as a result of this proposal.
Officials from the Attorney General's Office assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal authorizes the state to convey state property in Pettis County. The parcel of property to be conveyed is part of the E.W. Thompson State School. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is responsible for setting the terms and conditions of the sale of the property.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
