DESCRIPTION



This proposal limits insurance companies investments in real estate. The value of such real estate purchased cannot exceed 20% of the insurance company's capital and surplus as shown by its last annual statement



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
