ASSUMPTION
In response to a previous version of this proposal, officials from The University of Missouri, Southwest Missouri State University, Central Missouri State University, and the Missouri National Guard, assume no fiscal impact to their organizations.
In response to a similar proposal, officials from Southeast Missouri State University assume no fiscal impact to their organization.
In response to a previous version of this proposal, officials from the Coordinating Board for Higher Education assume this proposal would result in an unknown cost to the state General Revenue Fund for tuition and fee refunds, and for the publication of rules regarding refunds or incomplete grades to students called into military service.
Oversight assumes the number of additional students who would become eligible for tuition refunds or incomplete grades as a result of this proposal would be small, and the minimal related cost could be absorbed from existing resources.
