FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Office of the Attorney General did not respond to our fiscal impact request.

Officials from the Office of the Governor, Office of the Adjutant General, and the County of Laclede assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.

Officials from the City of Lebanon assume the proposal would result in additional Fixed Base Operator fees from increased airport utilization of $1,000 annually, capital costs of $5,000 for engineering and easements, and utility costs of $100 per month.

Oversight assumes the fiscal impact cited by the City of Lebanon could be a possible indirect impact that is secondary to the intent of the proposal and assumes the direct fiscal impact to be one dollar.
