FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials with the Department of Revenue- Motor Vehicle Bureau (MVB) assume that approximately 100 applicants will apply for this specialty plate. The MVB will not request additional funds to implement this proposal. The MVB will also incur costs for policies, procedures, postage, plates and tabs; however, additional funds for the cost for policies, procedures, postage, plates and tabs will also not be requested. Since the number of applicants is estimated at only 100, this will have minimal revenue impact.

Officials from the Department of Health and Missouri State Highway Patrol assume no fiscal impact to their agencies.

Officials from the Department of Transportation are unable to provide an estimate on this proposal and will rely on the Department of Revenue response.
