DESCRIPTION
This proposed legislation allows a person to designate a next of kin by a written instrument that is signed, dated and verified. Designation may also be a part of a duly executed will or trust.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
