DESCRIPTION



For purposes of this proposed legislation relating to funeral directors and funeral establishments, a person can designate any person to be their next of kin by a signed, dated and verified written instrument, including a will or trust.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
