FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act provides that the Director of the Department of Revenue shall be the custodian of the "Statutory County Recorder's Fund". Current law provides that the State Treasurer shall be custodian of the Fund. Monies in the fund would be deemed non-state funds.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
