Officials from the Department of Natural Resources assume this proposal would authorize a land trade, and allow the Department to resolve a boundary issue at Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Therefore the department would not anticipate a fiscal impact as a result of this proposal.

Oversight assumes this proposal would authorize the exchange of properties of equivalent value between the Department of Natural Resources and private landowners, and would have no fiscal impact on the state of Missouri.
