FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal modifies the visitation provisions related to grandparents. However, if the natural parents of the child are legally married and living together with the child, a grandparent may not file for visitation because it is presumed that the parents know what is in the best interest of the child.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
