In response to a previous version of this proposal, officials from the Office of Administration, Division of Accounting, the Coordinating Board for Higher Education, and the Department of Economic Development assumed this proposal would have no impact on their agencies.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would revise the Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Act to include public community junior colleges. This proposal would also repeal and reenact section 178.870 RSMo to cure possible constitutional defects.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
