In response to a previous version of this proposal, officials from the Office of Administration, Division of Accounting, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the Department of Economic Development assumed this proposal would have no impact on their agencies.



In response to a similar proposal, officials from Linn Technical College and the St. Louis Community Colleges assumed this proposal would have no impact on their agencies.

DESCRIPTION



This proposal would revise the Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Act to include public community junior colleges.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
