ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Missouri Department of Transportation stated that this proposal corrects a technical error in the transportation development district legislation, and would have no fiscal impact to their department.
Officials of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority stated that this legislation would enhance the mass transit services to the Kansas City region, and would have no financial impact.
Officials of University City stated this proposal would have no fiscal impact.
Officials of the Jefferson County Commission assume no fiscal impact.

DESCRIPTION
This act amends a technical error created in House Bill 202 from the 2001 legislative session.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
