FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposed legislation concerns school district boundary changes. The proposal provides the option of judicial review should a board of arbitrators render a negative decision regarding boundary changes. The provision prohibiting for two years the reintroduction of the same or similar petition, should a negative decision occur, remains.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
