FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



The proposed legislation could have a fiscal impact on small businesses.





DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation would expand the definition of ticket price to allow the seller to charge the price printed on the ticket plus a prorated amount of additional charges the seller was required to pay in order to acquire the ticket, without committing the offense of ticket scalping.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. This legislation would not affect Total State Revenue.
