DESCRIPTION



This proposal allows architects, engineers, and land surveyors, whether individuals or corporations, who do not hold a certificate under Chapter 327, RSMo, to enter into contracts to design and build projects.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
