FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Department of Economic Development- Public Service Commission, assume there would be no fiscal impact to their offices. PSC officials stated that they do not have authority with these organizations, and this Act would not impact the PSC's regulatory authority with the municipalities.

In response to similar legislation, (355-05), from the 2001 session, the Office of Public Counsel stated that they would have no fiscal impact.

Oversight assumes this is procedural and enabling legislation which would have no fiscal impact.
