FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal would require landlords of manufactured or mobile home land lease communities to provide written notice to tenants at least 120 days prior to requiring those tenants to vacate the property because of a change in the use of the property.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
