ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of Administration - Children's Trust Fund (CTF) state there would be no fiscal impact. CTF states that any expense incurred by being appointed to the board and attending scheduled meetings will be paid through existing CTF funds.
Officials from the Office of the Governor assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their office.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would expand the Children's Trust Fund Board from seventeen to twenty-one members. The four additional members will be chosen and appointed by the Governor.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
