ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Revenue anticipate no fiscal impact.
Officials from the State Courts Administrator stated there is no fiscal impact on the courts.
Officials from the Department of Highway and Transportation, Missouri Highway Patrol, and Department of Public Safety anticipate no fiscal impact.
Officials from the Attorney General's Office did not respond.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This bill requires the Department of Revenue to reinstate a person's driving privileges if the circuit court finds in favor of the driver. The reinstatement of the driving privileges, however, does not constitute a waiver of the Department's right to appeal.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
