FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials with the Office of Administration - Division of Purchasing and Materials Managment (COA) assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on OA since most of the MoDOT procurement is handled by the department's procurement staff in accordance with 227.030 RSMo.

Officials with the Department of Transportation (MoDOT) assume the proposal will have no fiscal impact because MoDOT currently has the authority to enter into contracts to mow right-of-way areas under 227.030 RSMo.
