ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of Attorney General, the Office of Administration, and the Department of Health assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.
Department of Agriculture (AGR) officials did not respond to our fiscal impact request. However, in responding to similar proposal this session, AGR responded that the proposal would not fiscally impact their agency.
Officials from the City of Sedalia did not respond to our fiscal impact request.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
Small businesses would expect to be fiscally impacted to the extent they may increase revenues due to the requirements of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow licensed ambulance service providers to provide services at the Missouri State Fair. The proposal would also allow the Department of Agriculture to grant an easement to the City of Sedalia. The Department of Health would be allowed to issue a 90-day temporary emergency medical technicians license if certain conditions are met. The proposal contains an emergency clause.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
