FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
Small businesses would expect to be fiscally impacted to the extent they may increase revenues due to the requirements of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow licensed ambulance service providers to provide services at the State Fair. The Department of Agriculture would be authorized to provide an easement to the City of Sedalia for State Fair purposes. The proposal contains an emergency clause.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
