No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal adds to the list of donees for state surplus property campgrounds that provide services for charitable organizations (501(c)3)) that provide services for the disabled and disadvantaged. Any person providing such campground services shall register with the commissioner and demonstrate that the person meets the requirements of section 34.140.3(2).



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
